Etched, a San Jose, CA-based company building frontier inference clusters, came out of stealth today, announcing a total of $800M raised across multiple unannounced financing rounds.
The latest round was a $500m financing at a $5 billion post-money valuation in December 2025.

Airwallex, a San Francisco, CA- and Singapore-based provider of a financial platform for modern businesses, raised $320M in Series H funding, at $11 Billion valuation, up from its $8 Billion valuation in December 2025.

TeraWatt Infrastructure, a San Francisco, California-based developer of charging depots and autonomous vehicle fleet charging infrastructure, secured a five-year senior secured debt facility for up to $300m.
The credit facility consists of a $150m committed tranche and a $150m incremental option, provided by a banking syndicate led by RBC Capital Markets, with participation from SMBC and UBS Investment Bank.

Addi, a Bogotà, Colombia-based provider of a commerce and financial services platform, closed its $85m Series D funding.
The round was led by Citius, co-led by BTG Pactual, and included participation from GIC, Monashees and others. As part of this investment, Addi and BTG Pactual have agreed to collaborate on joint strategic initiatives in the Colombian market.
