Funding Amount: $270 Million

Grafana Labs, a NYC-based company behind open, and composable operational dashboards, completed a primary and secondary transaction totaling approximately $270M. The round, which was an extension of its Series D financing at a valuation of over $6 Billion, was led by existing investor Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from all existing investors, including GIC, Sequoia Capital, Coatue, Lead Edge Capital, J.P. Morgan and K5 Global. Additionally, Alphabet’s independent growth fund, CapitalG, joined as a new investor.

DevRev, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of an AI-native platform that unifies customer support and product development, raised $100M in Series A funding, at $1.1 Billion valuation. The round was led by Khosla Ventures, Mayfield Fund, and Dheeraj Pandey’s family office, Param Hansa Values, in addition to accelerators and family offices of tech CEOs and VCs.

Eliyan

Funding Amount: $100 Million

Eliyan, a Santa Clara, CA-based semiconductor company, received a strategic investment from VentureTech Alliance. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The investment brings Eliyan’s investment raised to date to over $100M from such backers as Celesta Capital, Cleveland Avenue, Intel Capital, Mesh Ventures, Micron Ventures, Samsung Catalyst Fund, SK hynix, Tiger Global Management, Tracker Capital Management and VentureTech Alliance.

Neptune Medical, a Burlingame, CA-based leader in medical device innovation, announced theì spinout of its subsidiary, Jupiter Endovascular, following the completion of a $97m Series D financing. Sonder Capital and Olympus Corporation of the Americas were significant participants in this round, along with investments from other existing and new investors.
