Koho, a Toronto, Canada-based fintech company, raised C$190M in Equity and Debt funding.
The round consisted of C$40M in equity and C$150M in debt, led by returning investor, PROPELR Growth, joined by new investor Rockefeller Capital and included existing investors Drive Capital, TTV, and BDC. The credit extension is in partnership with new and existing partners.

Alan, a Paris, France-based health insurer, raised €173m in Series F funding at a $4.5b valuation.

Ujet, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of AI-powered cloud contact center solutions, closed its latest round which brought the total raised in Series D funding to $76M.
Its latest round was led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from new investors KeyCorp and IonPacific, and existing investors GV, Kleiner Perkins, Citi Ventures, DCM, and Ericsson Ventures.

Centivo, a Buffalo, NY-based healthcare company dedicated to making high-quality healthcare more affordable for employers and their employees, secured $75M in equity and debt financing.
The round included participation from new strategic investors Cone Health Ventures and MemorialCare Innovation Fund, as well as existing financial investors including B Capital, Cox Enterprises, F-Prime Capital, Ingleside Investors, and Morgan Health (a division of JPMorgan Chase). Debt facilities are provided by Trinity Capital and ongoing banking partner, JPMorgan Chase.

Harmonic, a Palo Alto, CA-based artificial intelligence platform for the development of mathematical superintelligence (MSI), raised $75M in Series A funding at a $325M post-money valuation.
The round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Index Ventures and additional backing from Jasper Lau’s Era Funds, GreatPoint Ventures, DST Global partners, Nikesh Arora, and Jared Leto. Sequoia partner Andrew Reed will join Harmonic’s board, and Index Ventures partner Jan Hammer will join as an observer.

The round was led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from Mantis VC, Jack Altman (CEO of Lattice and founder of Altman Capital), Eric Schmidt (former CEO of Google), and others. Keith Rabois, General Partner at Khosla Ventures, CEO of OpenStore, and four-time Midas List awardee, joins Rogo’s Board of Directors. This round brings Rogo’s total funding to $26 million.
