Seaport Therapeutics, a Boston, MA-based biopharmaceutical company that is developing novel neuropsychiatric medicines, raised $225M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $325M, was led by General Atlantic, with participation from funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Foresite Capital, Invus, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, CPP Investments, and other new investors.

Socure, an Incline Village, NV-based provider of artificial intelligence for digital identity verification, fraud prevention and sanction screening, acquired Effectiv, a San Francisco, CA-based real-time risk decisioning company, for $136M.
The acquisition is expected to close in November.

Duetti, a NYC-based provider of a music platform for catalog monetization for independent artists, raised $114m in funding.
This includes $34m in equity financing led by Flexpoint Ford, along with participation from existing investors Nyca Partners and Viola Ventures. Additionally, Duetti completed its inaugural $80m privately rated asset-backed securitization (ABS) transaction, backed by a highly diversified music rights catalog. Barclays acted as the sole structuring and placement agent for the ABS.

The round was led by WestCap with participation from new and existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz, bringing Valon’s total raised capital to $230M since its founding in 2019. Josh Dart, Partner at WestCap, is joining the Valon board.

The round was led by Acrew Capital and co-led by Leap Global and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from new investors Citi Ventures, Tribeca Venture Partners, and more. Existing investors, including Homebrew, Insight Partners, Inspired Capital, Cap Table Coalition, and others, also participated.

Outrider, a Brighton, CO-based leader in autonomous yard operations for logistics hubs, raised $62m in Series D financing round.
The round was led by Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT) and New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with additional investments from 8VC, ARK Invest, B37 Ventures, FM Capital, Interwoven Ventures, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm), and Prologis Ventures. Other investors joining the Series D financing are Goose Capital; Lineage Ventures, the investment strategy of Lineage, Inc.; Presidio Ventures, the venture capital arm of Sumitomo Corporation; and Service Provider Capital.

The round was led by Illuminate Financial, with additional participation from Booz Allen Ventures, IBM Ventures, the Jeffries Family Office, and Accenture Ventures, as well as additional participation from original Series A lead investor DCVC and past investors The Partnership Fund for New York City and Y Combinator.
